Shipping & Returns
If your candle (or other scented product) doesn't burn exactly the way you think a candle should perform, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make it right!
All orders will be shipped out within 3 business days unless otherwise noted on banner on top (vacation/out of stock items).
Please contact us at email@example.com within 7 business days of receiving your product to initiate a return. If 7 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All Clearance Items are not eligible for return unless you received an item damaged.
Special Orders and Wholesale Orders
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide us with a photo of the damaged product(s). It will be used to file a shipping claim with the shipping provider. Photos can me emailed to email@example.com.
